Custom Iron and Ornamental Gates

Scrollwork iron gates set into limestone columns, arched swing gates flanked by lanterns, medallion gates carrying a farm name, and silhouette gates cut with horses, deer, and Celtic crosses. These are fabricated in our shop on Highway 100 and built to the dimensions of the opening they are going into, not ordered from a catalog and made to fit afterward.

Wood and Farm Gates

Cedar slide gates with circle headers, X brace farm gates hung between brick columns, board fence tying into painted wood entrances, and split rail runs terminating at an automated swing gate. Wood entrances suit properties where an iron gate would read as too formal against the house and the land around it.

Slide and Cantilever Installations

Where a driveway climbs hard from the road or there is no room for a gate leaf to swing back, a slide gate solves the problem. The gallery includes horizontal slat slide gates against stone walls, mesh slide gates on commercial frontage, and solar powered slide openers on entrances with no power run nearby.

Masonry Columns and Stonework

Brick and rock columns built to frame an entrance and carry the load of the gate hardware. Column work is structural as much as it is decorative, and a gate hung on columns that were not built for it will not stay square. Several of the projects here show columns we built specifically to take an automated gate.

Access Control and Operators

Cellular keypads on curved posts, intercom stations set into stone walls, LiftMaster operators on farm fencing, and keypad posts positioned at the right distance for a truck window. The access control is the part of the system you touch every day, so where it sits and how it is mounted matters as much as which unit it is.
